Smash TV

My guess... because the cabinet is nicer looking (has the cool bezel studio art), and it is smaller, thus easier to fit into collector's homes.

I used to own a Smash TV 25", it is a very big cabinet, and I could not have gotten rid of it if it had been the 19".

because the 19" is almost impossible to find

correct .

Also correct, it's much deeper than the other MK style cabinets (by a few inches).

can't believe you got rid of that still :(

I know 1984 here in town has a 19" version, but I think it may be a converted Robotron or Joust.

Here's what looks like a dedicated one:

Easy call on this one being worth more than the 25" - a great game in the same size as other classics, without sacrificing gameplay or # of players.

I was going to try and track down th 19" mainly because of the bezel and cabinet size, but if the plans to do a 25" version of it actually happens, there is no way I would sell my 25" smash tv for the 19". Plus it looks good next to trog.

Hope to get the new bezel in time for cax. I agree, the 19" cab looks like its too small for 2 players.

Negative on that, coin door and speaker grill are different

No I meant that I don't think it was dedicated. You can see it on the left in this picture. Looks to be an old Defender cab. I will check it out next time I am in there, I didn't really pay attention to the cab last time I played it.
