Any ideas what's causing this? I reseated all the chips but it didn't change anything. I"m getting 5 volts on the board. Thanks!

Run the diagnostics tests from the menu. What do they show?

Hmmmm....

I haven't done that. It's been a long time since I've had this game on. I'll look into it. I know the tests it does at power up shows everything is good. Would the tests you're referring to test other things or show something the power up test does not?

I had a problem with a smash tv board, turned out to be socketed chips. Game looked good until you moved around. then it would leave sort of a trail.. Luckily I had a bad smash tv pcb to swap from.

You can probably rob chips from nba jam, some mk1, high impact, plus a few others..
