I finally got my hands on a smash tv 25" dedicated cabinet.
what i want to do is try to get my hands on the 19" bezel with the studio scenery and resize it to fit the larger screen.
my question is...does anyone have a high quality image of it or does anyone know of a place to buy it?

Ditto.....
I have a 25" as well and the bezel is just the cheap black plastic.
If not the resizing, possibly high quality stickers like your Namco reunion cabinets that you can stick to the bezel.

Curious if this was ever successful?

Also what would be the best way to go about replacing the regular nondescript 25" bezel? Can I just get a new one cut from plexi/lexan/whatever? Were the same size/style used for other generic cabs so they are plentiful?

This sounds like an awesome idea!

Please keep us posted. I'd love to get a good scan too, and set my Smash 25" up with a custom bezel. I'd buy that for a dollar!

Hi everybody,

First of all, please forgive my awful English :D. I'm a 34-year-old Spanish arcade fan. I'm interested in restoring and designing arcade artworks. I have to say I'm very lazy and I'm used to do it with the help of Vectormagic (very good software) but, when it's impossible (because available images are poor quality or quite large), I use Freehand to convert them into vector files.

Some time ago, I did the vector file from Space Invaders' bezel, available to download in Vectorslib website. Recently, I've been working on the Smash TV artworks, starting with images available on the Internet (flyer high-resolution images) and user's pics posted in many forums, including this one.

All the process is documented in this Spanish arcade forum (sorry, it's written in Spanish ;)).

I've read here many of you wanted to adapt the 19'' studio bezel to your 25'' cab. I've designed my own 19'' bezel (is not the real one but it's quite close).

According to the available pics, I've prepared two possible versions:

If you want, I can adapt those images to your cabinets. I only need the 25'' bezel dimensions. I mean, I need these measurements:

As I've seen, there's no much room for the cameras and the spotlights, but I can try to adapt/resize them to fit in there.

What do you think? ;)

One word.......
AWESOME!
I'm liking version #1 more than #2.
I don't have my Smash TV available to get the measurements.
Does anyone have these measurements to hook this guy up?

I had done this for Biomech a while ago but knew how busy he was, thanks to zona for the template. i believe my measurements are spot on if anyone has any other measurements please speak up. (these are off my dedicated 25" smash tv that's been bastardized by an ok game but i'm still mad about it lol).

Thanks again for doing this! :D
