I'm with Frizz on this, but here's my addition: if the item is not working when it arrives and the buyer wants to send it back for a refund, the seller may or may not pay return shipping. If the board works when it's returned, then buyer's out return shipping. If the board's broken when it's returned, then seller's out return shipping.
I could see this... The few boards that were "broken" over the years of me selling I simply ask they be returned, and 9/10 times I plug it in and it works fine. I explain and send pics to the buyer and no one has given me grief for keeping shipping money on account of buyer error.
