I ordered a Pac to Jamma adapter on 7/26 and the order the entire time and now still is marked as "in process," as well as "Processing Time - May require several extra days to process due to item assembly and/or extensive testing."
I can't really see what they would have to test or assemble in an adapter.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I've heard that site has it's up and down days. Sometimes it's super fast response and shipping, other times, it involves individuals having to constantly follow up. I personally have not ordered through that site, so I can only go by hear say.

Have you tried contacting them via phone not just e-mail?

That normally works best and my guess is they'll probably have the best answers for you.

Heh, missed their # at the bottom of the page. Will give them a call today.

Thanks guys.

When you call that number it gives you a message saying they are out and here's the email address. In other words - they NEVER answer the phone. Drives me nuts. I've tried many times on many different days.

I ordered the exact same item from them on 7/11/14 and just got a shipping notification today. I was starting to doubt that I ordered it.

They must be backed up, but I'm sure that it will ship eventually.

If I remember right, it took just over 10 days for my recent MVS to JAMMA adapter order to go from processing to shipped.

Oh good to know, i stopped ordering from them when they couldn't properly answer my question on a product. 3rd world non informative answer = next seller please.

I have talked with him through email before and he says he has to make the adapters. I order the jamma to ms pac man adapters. Unfortunately he is the only game in town for the exact adapter I order. It always takes at least 15 days after I pay him to receive my package. Does not matter if I order 1 adapter or 10. It has been this way for the past several years.

E-mail

I have ordered a few things from them in the past. I expect shipping to take a couple weeks. I have never been able to reach them through the phone but they always responded to my E-mails promptly. If you order from them through E-bay they tends to ship faster (I think it is user binkerball or something like that). Funny thing is they are allegedly in Jersey about an hour from me and shipping still takes time. Always been happy with the product though.

Thanks, good to hear. Probably should have checked on here first if anyone had one. :)

I have ordered a few things from them in the past and shipping was very slow. A cps2 battery almost took 3 weeks to get to me. Hit or miss I guess.

Anyone know of an alternative place to buy a cps2 battery?

Was looking for something on their site and saw this:

Dear JammaBoards.com customers,
I would like to sincerely apologize for my absence over the past several weeks. I was unexpectedly in the hospital over the past several weeks and unable to access the internet. Being an online business and virtually solely responsible to building, testing, shipping, and all communications...this has been extremely distressing for my customers.

Today (Thursday, September 18th) is the first day I have had the opportunity to start my attempt to correct the JammaBoards.com ship. Being severely backlogged with existing orders, I have disabled the 'Add to Cart' button temporarily so no new orders can be currently placed. I apologize for this, but under the currently circumstances there would be a significant delay on the new orders. Currently, I am not exactly sure of when new orders will be accepted but I will update this message with more information once I have a better grasp on everything and all current backlogged orders are addressed and completed.
Again I am very sorry to all for my absence and any frustration and inconvenience this has caused.

Sincerely,
Tim Hensel
