Slightly scrambled screen sometimes...but not always???
I am new to NEO GEO so I have a few things that might be newb issues.
I have a NEO GEO MV1FZ board that I bought and a 100-in-1 cart (got them from the same person). When I plug in the board and turn on my game I sometimes get a slightly scrambled screen. All I have to do to correct it is turn the game off and then back on. I don't mess with anything but the power switch. I also have a Bust-A-Move cart that always has scrambled text. The picture is okay but all of the regular words are goofy.
I added pics for reference. The first two are from the 100-in-1 and the other two are from the Bust-A-Move.
Any ideas of what could be wrong and how to fix it???
Also, my Bust-A-Move cart has the Puzzle Bobble title screen. Why is that??? I know that Puzzle Bobble is the Jap release and Bust-A-Move is the US. Is it a possibility that this is a bootleg??? Or maybe I have a Japan Bios in my PCB???
