I have been searching for this for a bit. Finally found one! I've never played one until I bought it, but either way I knew I would enjoy it. The theme alone is just greatness! I re-felted the table, and cleaned it up but overall it was in great shape.

I did a video on it, something is up with my phone or something the sound is NOT OKAY, so sorry about that. Very aggravating...

Anywho,

I think the guys behind it were Williams employees. The same guys I think also made super strike. I found a few with a slick shots at an operator. I crushed 2, sold 3, and I think I have one or two left. Its a interesting/different game.

These are fun!
I remember picking 2 MINT, yes, MINT ones off a wife of an ex operator...$75 each. This was about 10 years ago though....

Loved them. Until one of the games had a sensor go out... :)

I too had a Super Strike and Slick Shot pool. Fun games, Super Strike was really fun with the real cue ball. Really deep cabinets. I remember when it came time to sell, it was super hard to get rid of them.

I think they were sold to first time operators like a business opportunity. They found locations for them. I think baby PAC had a similar marketing deal. So first time there was an issue with them, there was no support to fix them and then they ended up in the back of a warehouse.

The ones I got all had a few hundred plays on them.

that's very slick!!! there's 2 for sale up on ebay for around $850

one is in kentucky, the other is closer to me in ohio. neat-o

It really is! It is a rare game for sure just not sought after ha. This ones play count was only a few hundred as well. Super Strike is the one that looks just like Slick Shot right but has the wooden play field/bowling? Or was that one called something else. I know they made that one and I have never seen one for sale or anything

JEEZ! That is a steal. I paid $350 but for me seemed reasonable as I have been looking for one. I know from others point of view I probably spent way too much ha

Oh, yeah that is pretty interesting. I also heard the sticks and cue ball were always stolen so it made for a frustrating game to have on route lol

Yes, it looks like slick shot and has many similar parts. From having it at cax, I think the biggest issue is when people don't end the game with the cue ball back in its proper place, the game sounds off an alarm and flashes an error on the screen. I think anyone who was operating it would get constant complaints about it from the location.

There is a slick shot at banning and a bowling version of the game both are electrically functional. The slick shot needs the little felt at the end of one stick and i think it needs chaulk.

Someone fixed the bowling one with sand paper to jam up the gate. Replace the caps on the power supply and reseleved the solenoid. Pinball type..

I see slick shots around la area for 200 bucks i dont see that many recently..
Odd game but it has a free replay and it can be set to play with the gate open..

I have a line on a non-working cabinet, good monitor all parts intact. I think I might get it for a new project. The price is right..

Oh I didn't know that you could keep the gate open. Interesting!

I sold the banning guys that slick shot at cax 3 years ago. next time I take one to cax, I will look into the gate thing. Is it a menu option?

Yes, it is a menu option on slick shot and the bowling version.
If the battery on the board craps out, It will forget that setting sometimes when the machine tilts or it resets.

mrbill2084 is a good resource I would refer to on this title.

cool looking game, but in california over the last decade it's definitely a $100 game.

times change, prices change.

I always thought it would make an interesting 60 in 1 :)

honestly there are not too many games out there that mrbill2084 is not an expert on. He's been a great resource to me over the years and many others I'm sure.
