Recently picked up a Clean Sweep claw game. Finally!

Cleaning it up, I found ALL the marquee bulbs are burned out. They look like nightlight bulbs but the bases are a touch bigger and read 50V 10W

Any idea where to get these bulbs?? I need 12! I didn't see any at Betson

I searched the forums for info on this and didn't find it. I did find out how to adjust claw strength though. Sweet! And DIP information to set credits per game.

I've had luck finding odd bulbs at a local dedicated lighting supply company.
Of course the more info you have on the bulb the better. (Brand, numbers, etc for cross referencing)

These might work. You may want to measure yours and call them to verify or see if they have the exact match.

http://www.actionlighting.com/item-...t Bulbs & Strobes&Sub=E-14 & E-10 Turbo Bulbs

They are slightly higher rated voltage (60v) but will work if the base is correct just will burn slightly dimmer than original.

EDIT: I just checked an older Betson catalog and they are calling for a bulb rated at 10W @ 130V for Smart Crane Marquees. You may want to check the voltage at your socket with your meter to verify. If it is the 130V one you need, the part number from Betson is 50023.

That looks about right based on the measurements in the picture. Tells me its a t5.5 base or e14.

While almost all the bulbs were burned out, there was one working and it is a 50V bulb and it wasn't super bright so I'm guessing it is 50 volts in the fixture.

I'll order those up and update this post if they are the right one.

Some places label them as amusement bulbs lol.

man i guess i got lucky.. my greyhound actually uses nightlight bulbs.

take one to a GOOD local hardware store.. they just might have em.

I wish the Clean sweeps took nightlight bulbs!!

Well, I can report they don't use 60v bulbs. The guy I got it from had those in there for some reason.. Very, very bright lol!!

the crane uses 10 Watt 130 Volt T5.5 E14 Base Clear Appliance Light Bulbs

I got them here Quick shipping too! Not super bright, but just enough light I think for the marquee.
