Yeah, you need to rotate the yoke. With the power off, loosen the screw that holds it on so it moves easily -- then you can adjust it. I adjust it with the power on, just being sure to only touch the plastic housing. If you are worried about getting shocked, you can do it with the power off, but it will take a long time by trial & error. Once you get it right just tighten the screw again.
If the monitor is still in the cab you'll probably need to rig up a mirror to see what you are doing.
