Hi, I'm new to the forum and a novice with this machine. I just purchased a Skeeball Lightning machine. The model number is hard to make out from the tag affixed to the top rear of the machine. The machine was in good working order and all normal functions seemed to be operating fine when viewed and tried out before purchasing. With help from the owner, the alley was separated from the back, and the 7 wire harness connections disconnected. The alley and back were carefully moved and transported to my home. The harnesses were then all reconnected, but when plugged in only the 2 fluorescent lamps atop the back lit up, and the machine seemed otherwise dead. The fan did not start, the display did not start, no sound and nothing else worked. After hours of checking all harnesses and other connections to ensure nothing may have loosened during transport, still the same situation. I confirmed voltage in and out of the power supply (where the fan and on/off button are located). My limited knowledge ends there, and I can't figure out what might be going on. It would seem related to transport, but nothing of note happened while transporting the machine, and it was moved delicately without issue. I'd appreciate thoughts if anyone could suggest what may be going on here, and what else I could check. Thanks very much!IMG_6364.jpeg

can you post a picture of the display and cpu with the plastic marquee removed. it will help immensely with trouble shooting.

Thanks, I uploaded a photo below. That said, I purchased a new PowerPro Model No. LT-200W power supply I received today, replaced the existing power supply with the new one, and the machine started up and played fine. For a few hours. It then went into a "system reset" loop where it would display "system reset," start up, and then almost immediately display "system reset" and start again, and repeat this constantly (prohibiting game play). Until I removed the plastic marquee and simply lifted up the power supply and set it back down. When I did that, the "system reset" issue stopped and the machine worked fine again. It has been working fine now for about 30 minutes. Thoughts what may cause the "system reset" issue and why simply lifting the power supply would resolve it (in case the issue resumes)? Thanks!
