I have only planned on getting a 10' model because I didn't think I could get the 13' into my upper gameroom and because I preferred the layout I'd be able to do with a 10' anyway. However, after finding a 13' for a great price I took detailed measurements and found I could get it up there with an inch or two to spare. I'm sure I'll enjoy the gameplay of a 13' unit more anyway, so I'm thrilled to finally have one!

It is themed for the Tilt arcade chain (might either have to find an original marquee or maybe do a custom gameroom theme).

It currently has a problem after hooking it back up (displays "HELP" after a ball goes in a hole) so I've got a thread started in the repair forum. So for any of you knowledgeable skeeball folk, please head over and help me with some of the questions I have here: http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?p=1853900

Huge thanks to CJ (oregonarcade) for helping me load it and Darrell (charger) for telling me about this machine being for sale. Also preemptive thanks to Jeremy (darthphunk) because he's going to make me new numbers for the holes (it appears some or all of these numbers were "redone" with electrical tape!).

i so want one of these but i don't have the space and have mostly blown my current arcade budget. for $595 (i assume it's about the same down there) those real Skee ball machines seem like a pretty good deal. there around 9 or 10 for sale between the two stores close to me.

i should've jumped on the $200 10' model Tilt had last year but i didn't and of course now it's long sold.

So cool. I played Skee Ball all Saturday with my kids at a Chuck E Cheese bday party. Love it.

I'd love to have 2 of these. I have the room, just not the money right now. Christmas takes priority.

I have plenty of room for a couple of those as long as I let them sit outside in the rain. :( Congrats, enjoy that thing!

Thanks guys.

Several Tilt locations around me have them at $595, but this one (and the one next to it in the 1st pic) were half price - $295.

I am "done" as far as "grails" go and I'm on a buying freeze at the moment so other than the skeeball grail, it would take a special deal on games I really want to get me to override that freeze.

I LOVE Skeeball. I would even love to pick up one of those shortys for my kids. They can't get the ball all the way down the long ones anyway. I am always running around the Space Aliens gameroom chasing wild skeeballs that come back down and eject out the back of the starting ramp.

The tilt down the street from me has 6 or 8 of them,i think there $395.00 each. I played a few rounds last saturday. Would like to have one but those things are space hogs and space is something im running low on. Congrats on the pick up. Btw does your tilt make you pay tax? Mine did when I picked up a couple of there games.

That's awesome! Now you just need a shuffleboard on the other side of the room so you have a balance of reallllllllly loooooonnnnggg games. ;)

Nice score! I went to my local Tilt arcade at the mall and saw a couple of those skeeballs for sale but they wanted something like $600 each for them? If I had the room I wouldn't mind having one they are a ton of fun and I play them all the time when I'm with my daughters at our local CEC.

Cool, I worked the Skee Ball area at the Seattle Fun Forest for 2 summers back, 80, 81...always wonder what happened to all the arcade games and cool vintage games like this they had.

we banked them off the side rail into the holes, made for a more consistent game play.
