I recently picked up a Skee Ball Lightning with the older style S controller board. I've read that some early runs of Lightning had that.
I have a few questions if anyone is able to chime in:
Out of curiosity, how many of these early Lightning models were there?
It is missing fuse 3, the large slow-blow on the board that goes into a cylinder. I cannot for the life of me find one that fits. Is there a part # or size?
My display is dead, although the sounds and other lights work. I've read about the voltage sensitivity of the later boards, but there's no really even a PSU here, just some old school AC/DC conversion. So how important is the voltage sensitivity, or how likely might it explain the dead display?
