I always ran 5 balls in Skee Ball Extreme, Alley Hoops, and Scat Cats. there's a ball count opto that will know there's 5 balls, when you play 4 it should leave 5 free and lock the ball release solenoid.. at least I think that was the process LOL

it's been a very long time since I've worked on one of these, I was reminded that if they ever owe tickets the game will not play. so learn how the test panel buttons all work. I retained copies of the manuals for all 3 games from when Skee Ball sent them to me years ago.

I should just build a manual section on my site.
