Hey guys just looking for some ideas on how to get my Skateball
shooter rod adjusted properly. It seems to be hitting the ball a
little bit to the left of center. Skateball has a cross playfield
shooter shot where it crosses the playfield and loops up around to the
top and into the rollover lanes. At least half the time or more it
ends up hitting the upper left flipper instead of going into the loop.
How can I adjust this? I have new springs inside and out, and a new
shooter rod as well but these didn't help that much.

If I fire the ball through the shooter lane with my hand it makes the
loop everytime so the alignment of the lane guide seems fine, I think
I just need to adjust the plunger assembly somehow. Maybe I can just
use a washer on one side of the plunger mount to shim it so it points
more to the right?

Thanks!

That's what I would try first. The other option would be to make the mounting holes for the rod assembly more oval shaped to allow for adjustment.
