Six Pac on YouTube...

I don't see any problem.. You're not soliciting any sales or anything right. How does that differ from all the hacked xbox videos and such. Just don't advertise that you are selling them or anything like that.

All multi-pacs and various other hardware mods not licensed by the original mfr are illegal, whether you own the game board or not. Namco currently goes after anyone altering their Intellectual Properties without license.

I dont know about this one. It's one thing to alter their product and use it to make $$ while endorsing the Namco name in public but if it's in a private home and it's not a "license" since EULA's really didnt exist back then, Namco wouldn't have any leg to stand on. In most cases like this, property owners in a private environment are allowed to alter their owned property.

....as always "my 2 cents"

I agree.. I might be wrong but I have an issue with some company telling me I can't alter something that I paid for and is sitting in my house.

Altering it paid for and sitting in your house is a different animal from altering it and wanting to get paid to put it in someone elses house :)

EULA doesn't really apply here. The games, code and graphics are all copyrighted in their own right meaning nobody has the right to copy and sell any of the original items it if you are not the copyright holder. Many game companies have basically stated they just don't care but many others have said they do. You have to respect that.

I don't know the specifics of a Six-Pac, but if there was any 'copy protection' or encryption used on the original game that was circumvented in order to copy or modify it, I would think they might be able to beat you over the head with a DCMA complaint... Leg or no leg, they could probably sue any of us into submission.
