I have aquired a nonworking gottlieb sinbad with a water damaged cabinet. Since it is complete and I got it for free, I've decided to make a new cabinet for it. Does anyone know if they make the cabinet stencils for this machine and might also know what the correct color matches might be? Mine are somewhat faded. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thats an ambitious project good luck with it. If you check under the lip of the coin door you might be able to get all the original unfaded colours from their.

Post some pics of the current state of affairs, is it really that far gone?

I have it in storage now, so might be a bit before I can get some pics. The top of the head is need of replacement and the front of the cabinet is the worst. The front is so soft that the right leg pulled through and the left leg is about to. I had bought a haunted house pin from the guy and he asked me to haul it off for him. I had to replace the head top and the bottom of the haunted house do to water damage also. If I found a stripped out sinbad cabinet, it would be a lot easier. However, if I can't, then I would like to save it and wood is cheap. All it would take is just some time. I have not found any stencils for the cabinet yet, so I thought I would check here to see if anyone else might know if and where they can be found.

I could have sworn that I saw Sinbad stencils, but now that I look I can't find them. This Old Game and Pinball Pal are a couple of the places that make the stencils, but they don't have Sinbad yet.

Someone decided they didn't like the orange on my Sinbad, so they took a brush and green paint and went over all the orange. I haven't decided if I'm going to try and remove it. I might make it worse.
