Tough one...
Simtek got bought out by Cypress Semi. And Cypress did what Cypress does best - they discontinued it.

I did an EOL buy of these just before they were discontinued, but I'm hesitant to sell too many more of them since several of my kits rely on them...

The STK25C48 was discontinued long before Simtek was bought by Cypress.
