I'm starting to plan out buying my next Pin, Either A LOTR or Simpsons Pinball Party

How much can I expect to pay for a nice fully working one of each? Thanks

What are the differences between the LOTR pins? I can get one for 3,500? I just want good shape, no playfield wear, and 100% working.

LOTR brings more than TSPP, however I think TSPP is the better game overall (I've owned LOTR and still own TSPP). More variety.

I've seen both for around $3500 +/- a few hundred.. but I would have to say that LOTR usually brings a little higher of a price (for one in similar condition) than a TSPP.

I think they both get similar prices. I have seen some LOTRs for less and also some for more than the average TSPP prices around here. Personally, anything close to $3k and less is where you want to try and be for either. And, TSPP is the better game IMO.

I just picked up my very nice HUO TSPP for $3500cdn from the original owner last weekend.

Picked up a TSPP routed machine not too long ago and it was $3000. Needed to be shopped. New bulbs, rings, cleaning, flipper rebuild, new sleeves etc. Plays well, but needs a set of metal rails to cover some flipper button wear. Nice game at a okay price, just needed some work done to it. Had to drive to pick it up. Looking for a LOTR or a SM too.

That's about the going rate. They and many other A titles are getting extremely tough to find on the cheap.
