I am trying to make a gun adapter with an existing harness I have no use for. I got a new set of guns that work for a different game and instead of swapping guns back and fourth I can just use this adapter. No one makes one, its for unico to happ (not the other way around)

Heres the info I have

http://arcarc.xmission.com/PDF_Arcade_Manuals_and_Schematics/Zero Point 2.pdf
Zero point 2 manual, page 10 shows the guns I have with these connections

-Gun Sensor (white)
-+5 (red)
-Trigger SW (green)
-GND (black)

http://arcarc.xmission.com/PDF_Arca...rce_Universal_Kit_(16-34032-101)_Feb_1988.pdf

Area 51 manual, shows how my guns are now kinda. page 34 shows the connectors, I only use 4 out of the 9. these 4:

-+5 (red)
-trigger (white)
-gnd (blk)
-scrsenc (blue)

So what I am asking is what wires am I splicing together on this adapter.

Is it red to red, white to white, black to black, and blue to green??

I made up a bunch of adapters a few years back for testing different guns on different systems. One of these days I should dig up my notes and post them somewhere.

You're already got things figured out. Forget wire color - it's what each wire does that counts.

+5 and ground should be matched to each, and trigger/sense be matched to each.

so trigger to trigger sw

and

gun sensor to scrsenc?

worst case scenario those are wrong?? nothing bad right since the +5 and gnds are right??
