I'm sure Silverball Museum in Asbury Park, NJ has been mentioned here, but I'll add another thread to give them some extra props. Anyone else been there?
I took my first trip there yesterday afternoon, and it was really great. I was really very impressed. All the machines were in really nice condition, and most of them had a little plaque on top with information about the machine. They had a few vids there -- Ms. Pac, Galaga, Centipede, and a couple multigame machines -- but it was mostly pinball and EM games. A couple vintage Skee-Ball machines too, complete with the little lever that you have to pull to start your game... I haven't played one like that since I was a kid! Really cool place though. I highly recommend it.

(While you're at it, you can make a day of it and also swing by Red Bank - not too far away - and check out Yestercades. http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=206621)
