Just turned on my Silent scope the other day and I can't aim towards the left third of the screen. Everytime I go left it jumps down to the lower left corner. Any suggestions as to what is wrong???

SC Gun Alignment.

If I remeber correctly Silent Scope guns usethe same setup as the T2s andthe Rev X's.

Sounds like you have a dirty potentiometers. Takea look att he base of the gun. There should be 2 pots. one on the bottom and one on the side. These are for the X and Y vectors.

The pot on the side is you X vector(up down) and the pot on the bottom is your Y vector
(left right).

That or one of the wires in the harness is getting pinched or has worn threw and is breaking contact somewere in the gun harness.

Now I have another problem with the Silent Scope, and has to do with the board mounted right by the gun assembly. There are two plugs, and when I unplug the bottom plug the game boots up fine, but when it is plugged in all it does is reset. any ideas???

similar prob

I also have a similar issue. There is a spot about 2-3 inches in one part of the screen that if i try to aim my crosshairs immediately jump to the bottom left corner. As soon as i move away they come back to calibration. any thoughts? Thanks

Be thankful it is not optic like operation wolf. From what i have read, that means you could replace your monitor with an LCD.
