Of course not too long ago I used to see a lot of these around. But I was at a friend's house recently and I saw that he had a black-and-white TV in his garage I did an eyeball measurement and it looks to be about 19" would it be good to pick the television set up I believe it works but I wouldn't mind keeping the tube on hand for harvesting. It may sound a little weird and awkward and I bet he probably just hand it to me butt I thought about it and I just don't see black and white TVs even at thrift shops anywhere anymore

The thrift shops here (around 20,000 people in Midwestern town) don't do anything with TV's anymore. You can't even get VHS movies at Goodwill anymore.

Why? Unless he has some black and white games, what's the point?

Good chance that its usable in a black and white vector game too. I would imagine that most collectors have at least one black and white vector game.

Three of my first four arcade games were black and white vectors. And not by choice just by random chance.

Wouldnt a burn free tube be kickass in one of those games?

I put a burn free tube in an Asteroids for a guy. It looked incredible.

Of course if you dont have the games anymore then I guess it doesnt matter.
