I placed an order TwistedQuarter.com and received it quickly. Unfortunately, one of the items was damaged during shipping.

I contacted them via email and once they confirmed what the damage was, Andrew sent me a replacement the very next day at no charge and even told me to keep the damaged part!

Yep. Twisted Quarter is a good business and I've been buying from them since 2006 or so. They are local to me but last time I had it shipped and it arrived very quickly.

They've greatly improved over the last year or two. Much better than the times they would short you buttons and send you 72 cup holders instead.
