So I finally had a chance to clean up and test the Funhouse I picked up for < $1000. Everything seems to work perfectly except Rudy needed a serious mechanical redo (missing, broken parts, connections).

Anyways, I placed a huge order with Marco that had some of Rudy's specialty items at 2 PM on Tuesday and used USPS shipping. Here it is 11AM Thursday and the postman delivers the package! I am just floored with the speed of packaging and shipping Priority Mail to get from South Carolina to KC in under 2 days from the time I hit "submit".

Looking forward to hopefully having a working Rudy, and a complete working Funhouse this afternoon!

i have used Marco a few times. Every time they have my order out same day, and I get it two days later.

Last week, my order was missing a part. They sent me the part the same day I reported it missing. No muss, no fuss, they just sent it and paid for the shipping.
 
Alot of people complain about Marco's shipping prices. I don't mind paying a bit more for shipping from them considering they ship REALLY quickly after an order is placed, they give you shipping method options and they have a ton of stuff others don't.

Prices seem to be on par with the actual costs. Wonder why people peg that as Marco's prices. Even if they add a reasonable handling charge it's still not a big deal.

I will say that Marco has been awesome to me as well!
 
restored a FUNHOUSE for a customer recently and have a bunch of rudy parts laying in the box

wish i'da known as maybe could have helped you out, oh well

Agreed man! Marco has always done right by me.

If you order large amounts of items the shipping really isn't all that high. And WAY cheaper than the local shops here with parts, lol
 
So stoked. Rudy lives and my FH now plays perfectly!!!! What an awesome awesome game now.

Rudy was a mess. As I posted on RGP:

1.) Replaced missing horizontal plunger linkage/spring.
2.) Replaced eyelids
3.) Replaced missing centering flange on vertical eyelid plunger
4.) Resoldered loose wires to vertical eyelid plunger and left eye movement.

5.) Fought reassembly for an hour before realizing the cross-brace holding the eyes and horizontal eyelide linkage had to be removed in order to get the eyelids onto the linkage.

I also replaced all playfield condoms with colored 555/44 bulbs. Also replaced the blue flashers with blue 906? bulbs because the white light through the blue insert looks terrible. These made a huge huge difference. The game really looks like a carnival now, especially with the mirror!!! Love it!

However, their new site layout is horrible. Less filter options for the search and bit more of a pita to use
 
Ive never had an order from Marco take over 2 days to arrive, and I remember placing an online order about 9pm one night, then about 15 minutes later realize that I ordered something I didnt need and sent them another email that I needed to change my order, and got a responce within a few minutes that me order had been changed. I was shocked that anyone was answering the mail that late at night
