All of them testing good, but as you can see are burnt to hell. In addition, they're 35 years old.
Should I replace them?

If that is a Williams pinball driver board, you definitely want to replace them, there are some better resistors now then what they used back then.

I'm assuming that this is on a williams pinball driver board.those are 3 watt resistors can't remember the value but get the same value of resistors but get the 5 watt ceramic type.

Yes, it's a Williams system 3 driver board, and that's the exact answer I was looking for, thank you sir.

So get the 27ohm 5 watt ceramic resistors as replacements...correct?

Disco Fever baby!

Been doing a shit ton of work to it these past few days. When I am done, it'll be ready for another 35 years of play.

Awesome! And when you get it running, tell your wife you have a fever. Then shout "DISCO FEVER!!" with your finger pointing in the air and run to the machine.

I always replace them when a board comes in for repair looking like that. You can swap the transistors over to mosfets, which help quite a lot, as they get hot as hell.

The TIP41/TIP42 transistors just take a lot of power to drive them and the resistors are undersized from the factory.
