Hey guys, I can get a lethal weapon 3 that needs to be shopped out bad and has a broken siren cover and Dot matrix is toast but the playfield should clean up nice. And a Hurricane that has burnt GI pins, but a good playfield and is in good shape. Seller is asking 1400 for the pair, but I might be able to get it down to 1300. Should I do it?

I agree, offer him 1,100.00 and see what happens you can
always go up if you have to.

Personally I don't think I'd do it unless he came down to $1,100. It's not that it's a bad deal at $1,400, but they're going to take some work, and after you get them all polished up I don't know how long you'll want to keep either one. LW3 probably has a bit better staying power, but it's still kind of a game that you'll move on from after a short time.

I guess your budget is around $1,400, huh? I know you've got the itch, but maybe you might want to hold out to see if November brings any pre-holiday listings on KSL/Cragslist as people look to raise some holiday cash.

Oh man, do I have the itch. I have it so bad I have spent every night this week playing pinball on the wii. LOL

Yeah I decided to pass. I was figuring that worst case I could clean them up and sell them when Im bored. But looking on ebay seeing them selling at 600 bucks. Yeah pass. Maybe if lethal weapon didn't need a dot matrix and hurricane didn't have burnt pins. I like to clean up games, that is no problem. Its when I have to dump a bunch of money in to get them working that it sucks.

Dammit! Playing "Williams Pinball Hall of Fame" on the 360 is what got me. I picked up Time Warp, Comet, Space Shuttle and Pinbot all since June. >.<

Gotta love them Williams Pins. :)
