Caliber 50 can be completed in about 15 minutes, they expanded the game for the sega genesis port though.

Marble Madness only has 6 levels. I've gotten to level 6 many, many times, but never finished it. But I've seen the finish line. I never kept track of clock time, but it seems like you could finish it in under 10 minutes.

The margin for error gets sooooo tight on those upper levels. You've got the have some tricks down to save a crucial few seconds, and then pray you get the magic wand to give you an extra 5 seconds on the ultimate race. I've done it without the wand but juuuuuust barely. Seen some craziness where people have jumped the marble from that last shifting walkway directly to the goal. Don't know if there were cheats involved but it looked mighty impressive.

This was the one that came to my mind as well.

I've gotten to level 6 many, many times, but never finished it.

Same here... sorta. I've never legitimately beat the last level, but just FYI, if you want to practice the last level, you can add time by quickly toggling the test switch back and forth while playing. I've beaten the last level that way, though I always reset the game before entering my initials so I don't ruin my actual high score table.
