Shipping horrors (post pics)

I've been waiting on a claim to come back to me for about 3 months. I shipped a game on a pallet in a crate from Texas to CA. It FELL OVER in the truck and they still delivered it and told me "thats what it looked like when we picked it up." I was there when the game was picked up in Texas, it was in one piece when it left.

This isn't arcade related but damaged just the same........

I cannot believe that nothing was missing, it was all there!
