I going to be sending a Pole Position PCB to be fixed. Is there any tricks to shipping to help protect it from damage?
Who is the best courier UPS, FED EX, USPS Ect or are the all about the same in the way they handle packages?

Get a big enough box for it. If the boards are not connected in the stack firmly, then separate them and wrap them individually. Otherwise put them in an anti-static bag if you have one (don't worry if you don't), and wrap it in several layers of bubble wrap. then put padding in the bottom of the box, put in the boards, add some padding along the sides, then more padding on top. Include a note about anything you know as far as previous work, symptoms, etc.

And if you are sending it to someone you've contacted here, make sure they know your REAL name and your FORUM name. I don't know how many times I get a PM form someone named XYZGAMEZ (example) "I sent you my chassis" and I get a box from someone named "John Doez" (example). That's fine if it's the only one I get, but when I have 3 or 4 at a time and am trying to figure out whose is whose....

Whatever you do, put enough padding so that the board can NOT move. AT ALL.

Pack it tight because packaging "settles" in transit
and things start to bounce around.
