My Monaco GP mini has the wooden shift knob, but was missing the center badge. I saw a picture of the cocktail version that someone restored and it had the wooden knob with the bage. I didin't want to leave my shift without anything in the center (as seen below) so, I've been messing around trying to emulate the graphic based on what is pictured here:

Shifter, as it was when I picked up the cab (sans badge)

A few shots of it with my attempt at emulating the badge.

I'll have to see about getting some foil label paper or something and see how it prints on that. Now, if anyone has a real nos one of these and is willing to sell it, let me know. :)

Thanks, that'd be great!
I could use some close-ups of the original to get a better vector trace. Also, how is it attached originally? Is the sticker adhered to a disk or something that sits inside the recessed area of the knob?

I recently printed out the graphic on silver foil lable paper using a laser printer. Came out pretty good and looks more like an actual sticker.

sorry, i hadn't time to go to milan to take a picture, but i can tell you that it is a metal disk, like a beer cap:) in other words it is like the metal disk you have on the steering wheel

regards,
marco
