I have a Pinball 2000 machine. Since I moved it, the video on the monitor is shakey.

Here's a video:

Could this be as simple as re-seating connectors? I am quite intimidated when I take off the back panel and stare at the monitor and cables.

Any input is appreciated!

Is it near a fan, refrigerator, or any other AC Motors? Looks like classic interference from an outside source.

hmmmmm, not really. The hot water heater is on the other side of the wall though. It has been in this spot before with no issues that I can recall. Started doing this after I moved it to the current location.. If it weren't so damn heavy, I'd just move it to see if that did it. Maybe I need a pinball lifter, LOL.

Is the pic shaking, or is it collapsing in temporarily? It looks to me like you have a high voltage problem that needs to be found. This could be caused by intereferrence like mentioned above, or it could need the B+ adjusted, the caps replaced, or even the flyback replaced. Another distinct possibility is low power to the machine. Some areas of the country have dirty power or low power delivered to homes, though this would most likely be apparent on circuit in the house.

In order to rule out line interferrence try plugging into an extension cord that you plug in at a different receptacle.

That's a WG K7302. I have one on my test bench at the moment... just about to give it a cap kit.
It has a remote adjustment board (with 6 pots on it). Check the connectors to that (both ends). There is a pot on the chassis for horiz width. Play with that a bit to make sure it's not dirty.

bad caps?? mabye a loose connection or cold solder, looks like ainly your width is jumpy, ake sure the width coil doesent have cracked solder and if this has a remote board tap on it to see if this is the cause of your issue.

Check your horizontal width adjustment. Might need caps (it IS 10+ years old, now)...
