Serious question to those who just do not give a shit and continue to buy Judd parts

Complicating research is a bevy of "please delete" threads, which serve no purpose and clog up KLOV's information arteries just a bit.

Then you look at feedback - all looks good in the open or on Farcebook, but then any guy with an alias or two can create false Farcebook profiles and self-rep their own products, basically shill feedback, to make you feel better.

Folks, this guy is a SCAMMER. He's good at it, knows the tricks, the hooks, and that is what makes us dislike him so much, and makes him so amazingly successful for the average guy.

You start looking for Travis or Adam, and end up on some other website and not know that the Travis/Adam/New Alias fraud goes there too.

However, some people are laser-fixated, and if you report where you found it, they pounce on you with both feet, and then crap all over you for not tripping to the fact that this part of the collective "Travis/Adam/New Alias" shit show.

The guy shows sociopathic tendencies. I would expect him to have a high probability of choosing to express remorse, promise (fingers crossed) to make restitution, get off with a wrist slap (first offense) and then go right back to work scamming people.

I don't like it, but given what I have seen in court in my life, I wouldn't say it's impossible.

I can tell you he is not going to prison for the rest of his life but if they have all the information in front of him, I would think a southern court will give him at least 5 years in prison of which he will probably do about a year or two. My best guess on a guilty outcome. I have been a Police Officer both in Tennessee and Michigan. In Tennessee most misdemeanors allow for up to one year in jail. The judge where I worked in Tennessee would sentence everyone to 11 months and 29 days in jail. He would then suspend the sentence except for 5 days to serve or something like it. That way they were in the system and if they screwed up again, he would revoke the suspended sentence, and they would serve more time. It was comical to see criminal who were not prepared by their attorneys to hear this. They would think they were doing 5 days and all they would hear is 11 months and 29 days in the county jail.

I don't know normally I would say you're 1,000% on the money but now I'm not so sure what the way a lot of the DAs are around the country You know letting gang members go and then you hear them two days later committing another crime etc. I guess it just depends what information they have and what other cases they maybe have on their plate.

I also want to say that let's say this person is completely innocent, I'm sure that we don't have the full story and we don't have it correct, however, eventually over the time truth comes out.
I can say this from personal experience. I had some local collectors near me thought I was some dude named "MKeller". A guy who ripped off Bob Roberts for some parts. I was getting hounded to pay him back. But you know that was only just a period of a few weeks. All because I lived in the same town that he did, but, not even at the same time. But again the truth comes out and after those few weeks everyone figured yeah I'm not that guy, but we're not talking about a few weeks here, we're talking about years and years. Again I was innocent so I was hot to trot to tell those dudes I didn't know who they were talking about and I said that they had evidence Go ahead and bring it of which they didn't because it wasn't true... Funny thing was a few years after that I actually met that dude for just a few minutes. Wanted to tell him how much grief he caused me but it wasn't worth my time

I'm fine with many things steering one way or another to achieve balance some day/some way but the pendulum of the rule of law is not something I think should be allowed to swing that much.
We seem to be in a now decade long and accelerating trend that has me concerned for my/everyone's kids.

Anecodotal/tangental offenses for people aside, repeat offenders like Judd need to be punished (and sooner) or society itself will really begin to suffer.

What methods of payments does this guy take? If he's screwed over this many people there can't be many digital forms of payment he can accept.
I paid for my 720 repro harness via paypal to "The Harness Shop" - Not friends and family. However, he has never delivered the repro metal parts (CP, boombox etc)... I asked for refund and he said money was tight and would arrange it shortly. The last attempt at demanding refund has received no response...

I was not aware of his reputation until after making these purchases.

I wonder if he's still taking orders. I can't see any of his stuff on FB.

Haven't heard or seen any updates for a bit.
Makes one wonder how fast things will move in Madison County at this point.

If it is such good easy money then why would he want to get out? Dumb post.

Criminal Investigations and prosecutions like this typically take two or three years to make it to trial. I still have at least one outstanding trial where I was the detective in charge and I retired three years ago.

Yep, the wheels of justice move slowly for the victim.

Holy cow, I have been to this house several years back to buy a set of Namco guns. Never got a name or anything because it was off CL, but I have absolutely been to that house. I wouldn't have given that guy money had I known, but how're you going to know when it's just CL email relay and an address? Wild. Just wild.

Do you remember it being the same guy in the pics we see now? That's wild.

I don't remember too much about his facial details unfortunately, just 20ish years older than me (which tracks with him being 55 this year and me 38), graying hair then, similar build. Seemed friendly and passionate about games. It was before I started managing the apartment complex, so a minimum of 6 years ago.
