Serious game hauling...

When they were new in the early 90's they cost around $30,000 IIRC

Never seen one before. Would like to try it, looks like it'd induce some serious vomit!

He picks them up for 1000-2000. He offers them for sale at 16000-17000.

Lame as fuck.

He also fixes them, which he happens to be the only person in the world able to do that. I wouldn't ever be able to buy stuff from Kevin, but the high end people who do are happy customers.

Don't knock what you can't afford.

To me, they are overglorified yard icons, just bigger than pink flamingos. Kind of lame gameplay. To each their own I guess.

Just too damn big to be practical, unless you have a mega sized arcade.

I played it a couple times back in the day at Disneyland. They had 3 set up. At that time, it was the only "Ride" at Disneyland that went upside-down. It would be nice if they made other games that would work with it to make the purchase more worth the while for the operators/owners.

These retailed for $120k+ when they were released.
Disneyland and Neverland Ranch were the only places in Cali that had them from what I know.

What makes you say this? how much in parts and time spent learning to fix these things does he put into them? do you know how many he turns over? i wouldn't imagine to many. Anyway just curious why you think this is "lame"

A new video from Kevin Keinert.

This is some serious game moving:

My wife would kill me if she ever saw equipment like that pull up to the house for a game.

Actually, that is not a video from Kevin. That is my Youtube account. I am restoring them. My poor old truck had a hard time pulling 2 of them at once. I have another video from transporting them that has kittens coming out of one of them while driving. That one was stored outside and became a home for them. One of the cats was adopted by a friend of ours and properly named "Sega".

They defiantly get your adrenaline pumping. I am actually in the process of opening a location and that will be one of the games we have. As far as I know, we will be the only arcade in the US to have one operating on location. If your ever in the area, I would encourage you to stop by.
