Semi Urgent Question for anyon whose installed a 1069 in 1 game board

Hey all,
I am scheduled to install a 1069 in 1 mame board in an old SFI cab that has an Electrohome G07 CBO. Here's my question. First, does anyone know if these boards will definitely work with a CGA monitor. The manual said it would work with a 15 khz NTSC which I think is a CGA. Second, if I looked at the cable correctly, the G07 is a negative sync monitor. I was thinking thats the opposite of most monitors. Will this be a foreseeable problem or is it simply a matter of moving that last wire 1 space down. I'm hoping its as simple as cutting off the monitor plug that came on his new jamma harness, and simply splicing in the the original 5 monitor wires. Then hopefully it will just sync up. But I am trying be be extra prepared as its a ways away from my house. 1 forgotten tool could be an hour round trip. Has anyone hooked one of these up to a G07 and can verify that they work well. Thanks in advance.

I've hooked up a few 10xx's to a cga monitor before and it works just fine. The picture isn't the greatest, better with a vga connection but it does work.

I've only hooked them up to wg's however. 4900 and 4600's.
