Semi-interesting find at an antique store..

I was checking out an antique store the other day and happened upon this:

Its a coffee table made out of an old pinball playfield. It was cool and all, but they wanted four hundred and fifty bucks for it!! I might have considered if it still played!
 
Jeez......$450, I mean none of it works so how could you expect someone to pay that much for something the ripped and gutted out of a possibly ok Pinball machine...........just judging from the playfield condition...
 
They advertised that its made out of "barn wood". Guess that stuffs like gold around here...? lol

I can't imagine that it is...I never heard of it...but any antique pinball machine like that would still probably be better off preserved then turned into an expensive coffee table. Thats like Mr. Star Wars Chair (with phone!). Especially with a playfield that looks to be in good condition like that, i man the art doesn't look to be destroyed or severally faded and there doesn't seem to be dirty track like marks left from the pinball going over the same spot.
