Well, then it has been a long time since I received anything in return for my payment.
Let's put this in perspective, I paid for a product that was supposed to be done a year ago. I have inquired about a refund and have been told it is almost there....... . . . . . ... .. . . . .. ... I think I have been patient. In light of recent events I have no confidence that I'll receive anything so again I want a refund. This is business not love. It is a simple transaction, nothing more. Dates were advertised and I planned accordingly. Let's get real, there really isn't any room for excuses here.

That's like saying...
"Hey, I'm friends with Jack The Ripper... He's a very nice guy and guess what? He's never hurt anyone I know so give me a break for being friends with him and I'm just selling these knives."
Please, get real here... Maybe he's a friend of yours and maybe he's never done you no wrong... But you really need to step back and look at perspectives in a different light of how this looks to everyone.
When Dave was giving away product it was to "buy our love" in order to change his reputation from the past. Guess what? It worked for the new guys that didn't know Dave's past (I myself didn't know anything about Dave's past and wondered if some of the older guys over reacted about the past.). He earned a second chance then unfortunately went back to his old ways.

Snapping Turtles do but I don't think that is a Snapping Turtle as the shell looks different. Where is the orginal video on the net and I can look at it better.
