Happen to have any Dynamo HS-5 control panels (for 25" games). Been looking for one that had just a 2 pl. 2 or 3 button configuration. Most are patched up, hacked up ex street fighter CPs with bad CPOs.

I have a few, most are 6 hole, whats the width you need? most of mine I cut plugs and tack weld them in to block what I dont need then smooth them out and paint, I know I have a couple 2 hole untouched just gotta check the width..

I'll have to check my games. I thought all the Dynamo HS-5s were the same. Don't remember the CP measurements, but I thought the cabs were like 25.75" or 25 and 3/4". But if that is correct, I would think the CPs would be 24.25" or right around it. I have quite a few HS-5s so just let me know what you find, and I'll check my cabs.

I've had a few of them all within 1/2 an inch, I just like a nice fit with minimal gap.. kinda anal I know.. anyway all my large CP's are all 6 hole

I also have a Capcom CPS 2 A board usa/japan series that needs a fan, the board works great and I never had an issue running it without a fan but never ran it very long either..
figuring 30 shipped so if anyone has a bad one heres a great replacement!

IMHO, running a CPS-2 without a fan could be a problem in a CAB environment but not in a CAB-less or Collector environment.

I've run a CPS-2 in a case without a fan on my bench before and the game played fine. The only thing that happened was that the case got warm to the touch after a few hours of game play. In a CAB-less or Collector environment, that's not much of a problem.

I've also run a CPS-2 without a case on my bench before--just like a CPS-1--and the game stays cool even after a few hours of game play. Again, that not much of a problem in a CAB-less or Collector environment.

If you need to replacement the CPS-2 fan, then the part may be found. A really nice and quite fan will cost around $20.00 (+ shipping).

Anyways, IMHO, $30 (shipped) is a good price for a working CPS-2 :A: board (shipped).

:)
