For those of you who have sold a Multicade, how long does it usually take to find a buyer? And how many emails do you get saying "its a worthless piece of shit and Ill give you $100 for it"? Dont get me wrong, Im not being impatient or anything, I am looking for past experience and some advice.

I sold 3 in Nov and early Dec.
Christmas time is the best
Other times with regular games I have sat on them a few months before you find someone who wants that particular game.

If you were out here I know of several buyers that would snatch it up depending on the cabinet for $400 to $600 at least.

I LOVE mine, so if I were you I would tell your POS naysayers to send you the $100 and take a dump in a shoebox and send it to them so they know what a $100 piece of shit looks like.... :D and before everyone jumps on me about the cons of multicades, they do fit a market for people that DON'T have the room for tons of cabinets and just want a simple single board solution to deal with.

I am looking at getting one eventually because I would love to have the original machines but space is limited and I wish I could have multiple machines.

That one is sweet, I will have to find one I wouldnt know what to do to make one. I have a Donkey Kong machine right now and I am going to be lost if something happens to that lol.

Alright, for those of you with a lot of multicade experience, what should I ask for my latest creation? It has a new 19" LCD.

I have sold 4 of them in varying degrees of niceness. I have gotten between 500 and 1000 for them. The cocktail I did sold in 2 days and I got $1000 for it (pristine condition though). That setup looks pretty nice, and I'm not sure how much you have into it, but I would think it should go in the 700-800 range. Try putting it out on CL for $900 and see if you get any bites. A lot of people just getting into arcades or only have room for 1 seem to love cocktail tables, and they go quick.
