My Sega turbo is producing a high pitched whine, please see the video to hear it. I'm relatively certain it's with the PCBs probably the audio PCBs as the sound is still there when I disconnect the ribbon cable from the main PCB to the audio PCB. Also the opto board is only working in one direction. Don't get any bad sounds from the amp when I disconnect the audio PCB from it. Any ideas? Anyone repair these? Anyone got an audio PCB and working opto board they are willing to sell?

I played around with the pots on the audio PCB and found that if I turned the pot furthest back on the board labeled VR1 all the way down, the horrible sound went away. The other pots don't seem to do much of anything. I do have sounds, I'm just not sure if I have all of the sounds. Turning that pot down only seems to remove the whine, but doesn't seem to affect the sounds I was hearing before.
