Sega Turbo 20" Nanao monitor question, strange behavior
This is my first arcade machine, so my knowledge is limited; however I'm resourceful and willing to learn.
I snagged a great-looking Turbo off craigslist earlier this week. When the seller was discussing the machine with me, he said that the screen "moves to the right" after it's been on for a while. I was thinking that it might be an adjustable pot or something similar, but when I got there, it was something I'd not seen before.
I got the machine anyway, since it was a childhood favorite, and figured I'd be able to fix this somehow.
I turned it on at home and this is what I got: (note the curling on the left side)
After letting it run for a little while, the problem I saw before began to emerge on the bottom left corner:
When I saw that problem the first time, the blue and black area had pushed its way across half of the screen, distorting the image greatly, but the game was still playable and all.
Any ideas?
