Hi! I have reluctantly decided to offer my lovingly-stored SEGA Star Trek standup Strategic Operations Simulator video arcade-style game for sale. It is in the Western New York area. It works (authentic voices of Jimmy Doohan and Leonard Nimoy, game itself with sound effects) but the xy monitor needs to be replaced (which actually might be good to add after shipping, anyway, because they are so delicate). Connectors for tv set/xy monitor work fine and are ready to connect. It is in the original cabinet. Purchased it in the mid-1980's from vending company. Added large wheels on the bottom for ease of movement. Has the decals all in place, except for one side, where someone (previous owner) apparently tried to peel off in the shape of Darth Vader! Also small, barely-noticeable dent in same side from being bumped by piano at a Trek convention! Would like to sell to appreciative collector or Star Trek group. Seeking minimum of $2000.

If interested, please contact S. Morris at [email protected]

Hey, I'll let my trek go complete with a working monitor for half of that or full price and I'll throw in free conus shipping. :)

OK, let me get this straight: You have a Star Trek arcade machine for sale, the color vector monitor doesn't work, and you want 2000.00 for it?

Is that correct?

I am a SEGA Star Trek fan. I love the game. I have 3 of them but even I find this post funny.
Good luck finding a lollipop

Obviously someone is goofing around here. His email addy should be ny(insert district here).rr.com.

I'll give you $50 for it. Cash.

Hold on "Darth Vader" on a star trek! Might want to check the title again.

Don't you remeber in "Star Trek The Montion Picture" when Spock goes in Vger you see the Darth Vader Helmet shape.

Try posting some photos, it will help your cause. I guess the "authentic" voices is an upgrade from the synthesized voices I've heard in the game in mame, so it must be worth the $$$!

Only lowering the price can help this post. I have one in NJ monitor works game has problems I'll sell it to this guy for 400.00 and he can fix his.

isn't anyone else getting bored with all the fake posts?

I just don't find the "water logged Final Fight for $4000" or the "first $50 cash takes my entire prototype collection" style of postings to be funny or interesting.

zzzzzzzzzz....
