Just got the sound fixed and today I fired it up and new problems. The blanking led 204 is flashing, the GI relay is clicking on and off, the playfield lights are blinking, and there is no sound or display. The display does show some pixels when it is turned off, so I think it is getting power. Too dark tonight to poke around in there, but I thought someone might have an idea of what to check first. Cold solder joints on relay? Bridge rectifier? Any help would be great.

The manual says a flashing led at L204 means that the watchdog is not being feed by the CPU/Sound Board and the I/O is oscillating into and out of reset. This sounds like my problem, but not sure what to do next to fix it?

Okay, I have a update, but no good news on this problem.
Switched out the boards with a working Starship Troopers pin and the South Park fired up without all of the previous posted problems. So I think I have this narrowed down to the CPU board issue.
I also noticed that when the coin door is closed the relay for the GI is clicking away really loud. When the door is open it clicks for about five seconds and then quiets down so you can barely hear it. The lights are still flashing on the playfield, just without the "click" from the relay. Have gone over the boards as best as I know how (which is pretty limited) and just can't find the problem.
Someone on this forum had the same problem with a Sega Godzilla, but there was no solution ever posted. I have a message to them to see what ever happened.

Anyone want to take a stab at this before I start my search for a local pinball tech?
