Does anyone have plans or at least dimensions for what I believe is called a Sega Series 1 cab? It's the cabinet used for Choplifter and Wonder Boy.

I have most everything for Choplifter and I want to put it into a cab that's as close to original as I can get...

Thanks.

Happy to trace the cab and post the dimensions to the website below if anyone has one to borrow in Northern VA.

I think I managed to get some dimensions (not all) a few years ago when I was hunting for the same. Still looking. Ooh that reminds me to go bump my WTB thread...

If someone could fill in the blanks on these, it would extremely helpful...

Thanks, R64!!!

Awesome to see some new info on this cabinet. Any chance the side art has been scanned by anyone?

I don't have it scanned, but using the photo and the dimensions, I may be able to approximate one and publish it as a full scale pdf, but not vector...

Well I think even that would be a great step, certainly someone could vectorize it down the road right?

I'm the one who did those dimensions and that pic of Choplifter was one of my first full restores. It is really a beautiful cabinet! Good luck finding or building one! I sold mine to a collcetor in Tennessee a couple years ago. Have only seen one for sale since. Didn't know they were that rare! The hardest part to repro or find will be the aluminum panel for the cp. Best of luck to you though!
