Working on a Sega Power Drift that is incorrectly centered... slightly left... Ran the motor tests and machine fails motor self test but responds during Bank test... the vibration motor is not functioning. Is there any way to manually calibrate this game to get it to rest where it is supposed to. It still plays but it's a little off. Thanks

I have the same issues. Unfortunatly it seems I can;t find anyone that is able to help on these older sitdown Sega racers. I also have a deluxe Outrun that doesn;t move. Power Drift moves but when it self centers it is a little off. How is the sound on you game? I am having a few issues with certain sound effects not working.

Open up the back and have a look at the rear of the steering wheel. Does it have a few cogs, there may be a small cog with two screw in it that can be undone and moved slightly, this is how I adjusted the steering on my Daytona.

Probably a similar setup. Easy enough to nut out if they have this setup.

I'll have to have a look inside or underneath this thing... In running the tests and working on this issue I learned that it is supposed to vibrate too... the sounds all seem to work ok, I might be missing some sounds but I cant tell. I'm hoping that the problem is at the steering wheel and not underneath the cockpit.

Just to clarify the whole cockpit is not leveling quite right... this thing moves around so its physically tilting to one side as "center" (not enough to make it unplayable) game plays fine an cockpit does what its supposed to, you are just always leaning to the side a bit when you you are driving straight... which is hardly ever in this game anyway....
