Picked up a Sega Outrun a few weeks ago that unfortunately saw some water. And I just don't have the time or money to work on it. It is a complete project but it is completely untested, PCB looks mostly clean.

Almost every part of the cabinet has some swelling but may be salvageable with a lot of work.
