are these worth repairing? can you get parts for them?
anyone have a burn free gently used or nos?
i need to repair/upgrade the monitor in my frogger.

Depends on what's wrong with it, I mean, what's it doing wrong? They're generally fixable, although I don't know if flybacks are available.

And if it's beyond repair, nothing says you have to put another Nanao in there.

So, what's wrong with your monitor?

monitor

i can hear voltage from it. there is no neck glow.
all i did is turn up brightness. before it crapped, it had a great picture.
the tube has heavy burn and i was thinking i could either swap in a g07 or find another nanao.

So, you can feel/hear static, deflection whine, etc. Just no neck glow? Are you sure you're getting high voltage, or maybe you're thinking of the degaussing noise when it's powered on? Disconnect the degaussing coil and power it up, see if you still hear the HV starting.

If you really are getting HV but no neck glow, it could be one of very few things - like a crack in the neckboard, or a broken wire for the filament connection, or a dirty tube socket.

Chances are, you're not getting HV, you only think you are, The monitor could be in HV shutdown, or have a blown HOT. Start by checking the B+ voltage.
