I have a sega hang on with a nano monitor that I can't adjustbthe raster lines out of. I've turned the flyback down and adjusted the brightness pot neither remove them any ideas I have rejuvenated the tube and about to cap it but doesn't seem like that could be related the brightness problem was there before the rejuvenation.
Thanks Tony

I would re-cap it first and see what the image looks like afterwards.

I caped it and that made no difference. Mod not sure which model the make is nanoa if I turn the flyback down very fast the picture looks right for a fraction of a sec. I have tried the color gains and cut offs.

Is it any of these?

Is it a wash of one paticular color?....or more white?

I'd check Q107, Q506, Q507....if more of a white.
If a paticular color, I'd check that colors driver, buffer, and amplifier transistors.
