Sega/Daytona USA 50" Projection Monitor - For parts/repair (VA 22407)

Monitor worked fine, as far as picture, but has the issue where it shuts off after a few minutes, making it unplayable as/is. It's just been sitting as I was previously using a RGB to VGA converter board.

This listing is for a non-working monitor which is complete except for the actual marquee, and a few screws.

Make me an offer, or it will be included if you buy the working game/monitor listed in the whole game section.

Mitsubishi Model #: 50P-GHS31

Working game listed in whole games section: http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=389157

Bump...
It seems that this is a big bulky item that even a working one takes time to find the right buyer.

I am thinking about making a storage cabinet or something out of it and gutting the TV parts, therefore I am also open to offers to part this monitor out and ship if you need anything out of it.

Now Parting Out

Ok I need to clean up the garage and deciding to go ahead with part out of guts.
Got sidetracked by cold weather and bathroom renovation and just getting back to this.
Basically all I want to keep is the wood frame/sides and Blue Plastic Topper to make a storage cabinet.

AS/IS - consider individual parts as Non-tested / Non-Working
The monitor would come on with a good picture, but go to sleep after a few minutes, now will not power on at all after a few years of sitting unused. Assuming the bad items would be in the power supply/high voltage as all I get now is the red light indicating unit has power.

This is from Daytona USA Deluxe but they used this monitor in many SEGA games and some parts may be compatible with other projection monitors like the Hitachi or home TVs.

Just listing the major parts off the top of my head, but not sure exactly what's in it till I crack it open, or what some items may be referred to as, so ask if you need something not listed. (Will edit this post as sold)
