I have a Seeburg USC2 Firestar that I want to play the small hole 45 records on without it reverting to 33 1/3 RPM. These are import 45 RPM records and I prefer not to take the route of cutting/dinking a larger hole.
I've read that others have been able to disable the autospeed so it plays small hole records at 45 RPM, but they don't explain HOW they disabled it. I already tried unplugging the autospeed connector on the DCC but that just caused the jukebox to not play any selection at all. I can't find anything in the documentation I have (including Ron Rich manuals).
Can anyone who has done this with their USC2 (or other Seeburg with autospeed) help me out? Do I need to disable/disconnect something at the mechanism? Pictures with explanation would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
