You should never get shocked by the feet of any PCB. If they touch any plane on the board it should be the ground plane and that should not shock you.

Hmmmm, Maybe it was a bare AC wire that I brushed against then, but I coulda swore it was the screw in the PCB foot that got me.

Section Z is in a Capcom greatest hits pack for the PSP that I have (bought it to play Varth). Never had an interest in playing it, but gave it a shot last night. Fun game.
